What is a Lightboard?
A lightboard is a special glass board. Think of a transparent whiteboard which lights up when you write on it. The image from the video camera is then ‘flipped’. The big advantage is that the lightboard user is always facing their audience.

What our Clients Say
In this video our clients share their experience of using the lightboard
Where would you use a Lightboard?
Teaching Online
Lightboards offer a unique approach and are proven to be very effective for teaching online. Students can always observe the teacher with direct eye contact and follow every step of the teacher’s explanation as they write on the glass board. Sessions can be delivered live via Teams or Zoom and recorded.
Create Videos for Students
Record Lightboard videos to supplement existing learning materials and enhance the students’ experience. Teachers utilise the technology to create short, dynamic videos that be easily distributed, allowing them to focus on greater interaction with students in the classroom.
Hybrid Teaching
Hybrid teaching is now ubiquitous in Education. The Lightboard can be easily set up for seamless integration into your hybrid classroom, allowing you to deliver an effective, engaging experience for students, and gain all the benefits with minimal effort.

Thousands of Universities and colleges have already adopted the Learning Glass
“With the Lightboard you can actually write and engage with the audience at the same time. That’s just magic! A great advantage of the Learning Glass is that somebody helps you take the audience to the journey to the things you’re trying to explain.”
David Dye, Professor at Imperial College London
