Lightboards are proven to have a direct benefit in online learning, enabling increased audience engagement and information retention. They are not limited to education and are widely used for online collaboration and in the production of high-value marketing content.
The Smart-Lightboard™ is the latest innovation in Lightboard technology. It offers all the benefits of the traditional Lightboard with the advantage of being digital. Infinitely scalable and works with almost any application (think of a transparent SMART board or interactive whiteboard). The Smart-Lightboard™ is our unique patented technology.

Toby Pannell – CEO / Sales & Marketing Director
Toby’s business roles have involved a number of start up enterprises, notibly the development of a B2B IT training services company in the 1990s, successfully sold to a dot-com B2B marketplace in 2000. In 2001 Toby joined NetworkD Group, an integrator for Intel’s SPSD division, as a major shareholder and VP for Europe. The business grew to become Intel’s largest global software integrator and later sold to vSpring Capital in 2007. In addition to Learning Glass Europe Toby owns a video marketing agency, Talking Edge Studios.
Stefan Szkok – Lightboard Product Specialist
Stefan is an experienced video producer and Lightboard Product Specialist. He’s been working in different visual-communication industries for over two decades, is an ex-broadcaster with hundreds of credits in TV and radio as producer and presenter. After 14 years in broadcast journalism he became involved in the running of a professional studio and the production of several hundreds of professional corporate video content over 7+ years. He’s bringing knowledge and expertise from his technical experience along with his creative mindset as a video producer to help improve our product development and client experience.
Shauna Rodgers – Head of Customer Experience and Growth
Shauna has 10 years experience in working with a range of Startup and Scaleup businesses across Europe. Her experience is primarily in Sales and Marketing activities to help grow the business, team and revenue in a range of different industries. She has worked with Learning Glass Europe since it’s formation, being responsible for business activities relating to the customer and growth of the business. This includes responsibility for all points of contact with the customer and ways we can improve the overall customer experience and grow within our key and new markets.
Christian Ahlert – Technology Entrepeneur & Oxford Fellow (Non-Exec Director)
Ronald Huisman – Economics Professor Erasmus University Rotterdam, Entrepreneur (Non-Exec Director)
Ronald Huisman works as an associate Professor at the Erasmus School of Economics. He has won teaching awards from different institutes as a result of his innovative teaching methods applied to courses about financial economics, energy finance, and data analytics. Besides his academic live, Ronald is an entrepreneur. He lives in The Hague, the Netherlands. He is bringing his passion for education, innovation and entrepreneurship to ensure the success of Learning Glass Europe.
